A Thank You from Their Majesties
We want to thank Kurfurst Matthias and Jarlskona Æsa Feilinn for advocating for a Crown Tournament fought with rapier, the East Kingdom Committee for Alternative Crown Formats, Lochac version of the same, the Crowns in between who supported it – Tindal & Emerson, Matthew & Fia – and finally Ryouko’jin & Indrakshi who endured great challenges to make it happen.
We wish to thank our families for helping us and supporting us at home while we went to work. And speaking of work: Our staff has been the absolute best. We could not have held it together throughout this process without them. A royal staff is like the cast and crew of a play; five months of rehearsals and a six month run of the show. Saying goodbye at the end of the reign is bittersweet.
We also need to acknowledge all the rapier fighters, both those in the East and those all over the Known World who encouraged and supported the Kingdom’s drive to hold a Crown Tournament fought with Rapier, and who supported us as Heirs and as the Crown. The enthusiasm and joy were infectious and overwhelming.
The officers of the East Kingdom, as well as the Society officers, the Board of Directors, and especially our Ombudsperson were the ones who did and continue to do all the heavy lifting to keep things rolling along. We could not have asked for a better group of people to work with to keep the business side of the Society functioning.
And finally, thank you to the populace of the East Kingdom. You have supported us, cheered for us, and celebrated with us every step of the way. Being able to lead you as your monarchs has been a great honor. We hope we did you proud.

A Thank You from the Favor Coordinators
We received numerous donations from both individuals and groups, totaling upwards of 685 favors, and it’s possible there were a few contributors and favors that escaped the count. The range of favors types were marvelously creative. There were block printed, machine embroidered, hand embroidered, beaded, mirrored, silkscreened, and glass cabochon pendants.
We thank you for providing such a bounty of favors for Her Majesty to bestow upon so many worthy individuals. This task truly could not have been accomplished without the beautiful support of the Artisans of the East!

Thank you to the populace for your generous donations of largesse to the Crown. Because of you, Their Majesties shared the art and bounty of the East with the Crowns and Heirs of seven Kingdoms, and with the Coronets of Baronies across our realm. We are deeply grateful to have been able to select persona-specific items for each recipient and to ensure that each newcomer received a cup to fill at their next event. You made our service to the Crown a joy.
